I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice for over 10 years. My passion and specialty is working with individuals who have been impacted by intergenerational and/or environmental trauma. Through the use of RTR, DBT, and CBT I assist individuals with assessing, addressing, and reducing the impact of toxic and/or traumatic stress in their lives. I believe life happens but that doesn’t mean it has to stop! We all have the ability to create new normals as we Keep Healing And Overcoming Struggles.
