Ericka is the Owner/Clinical Director of Thoughts Out Loud Counseling and Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. Her desire to start a private practice counseling company started upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Harris Stowe State University - St. Louis. She received her master’s degree in a dual track concentration of School Counseling (K-12) and Professional Counseling.
She enjoys working with individuals who are experiencing life transition, grief, loss, relationship challenges, and divorce. She is an EMDR-trained therapist and continuing towards certification. She is near completion of certification in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in the State of Missouri. She has also completed Gottman Level 1 and 2 trainings.
She is an approved supervisor for Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPC) in the State of Missouri. In addition to providing counseling services, she provides consultation to therapists looking to add insurance paneling and start private practice.
